Sales Executive, Software into Recruitment Industry, Docklands. £65,000 Year One Package (Realistic with a basic salary of £20,000). Role is uncapped and most year two onwards employees earn in excess of £100,000
Genuine life changing opportunity for a proven successful recruiter looking to get out of the recruitment industry or someone that has sold job board advertising (or similar) into the recruitment industry. To apply your background will ideally be in executive level recruitment and you will be used to selling concepts and enjoy upselling and account retention. Some face to face sales experience will be of benefit together with a proven history of overachievement against targets.

You will have experience of experience of working within a target driven business and understand the recruitment industry with the ability to empathise with the problems that recruiters face on a daily basis.
You will have the aptitude to hit monthly targets and overcome complex objections.
